I love supporting executives, executive teams and high-potential leaders in relentlessly shifting conditions, to lead with discernment and influence. I have sat where they sit. I know what it asks of you.
For twenty years I led inside corporate organisations across media and property development. In 2012, I reached a turning point. I had led through the Global Financial Crisis and made it out the other side, and one thing was clear: leadership needed to change. The old certainties no longer held, and the leaders around me were being asked to navigate conditions their experience had never prepared them for.
I built a practice to help lead that change. What began as a response to one crisis has become the work of my career: helping senior leaders master context and maximise their impact in an era of compounding complexity.
As a leadership advisor, executive coach, speaker and author, I partner with senior leaders across a wide range of contexts: ASX-listed companies, private equity-backed businesses, family-owned enterprises and global organisations operating across multiple geographies.
HOW I WORK TODAY
I work globally in a face-to-face capacity, or through my broadcast studio in Brisbane.
This lets me partner with clients across sectors as varied as healthcare, property, professional services, media and logistics, without the friction and expense of constant travel getting in the way of the work. My approach is warm and pragmatic, grounded in neuroscience and more than twenty years of real-world senior leadership. I bring the research-backed thinking behind the theory and the practical tools a leader can use in reality.

Beyond the practice, I invest in purpose-led leaders through pro-bono work with The Hunger Project and The Marketing Academy, and support the inspiring work of Icon Cancer Foundation.
Having facilitated five leadership immersions in Malawi, Senegal, India and Uganda with The Hunger Project I’ve seen first-hand what leading real change looks like. Learning from these grass-roots leaders has been the most incredible leadership lesson and privilege of my life.
